Human Resources Assistant

Provides a broad range of support and assistance to the Human Resources department by performing a variety of administrative tasks. The Human Resources Assistant is the initial point of contact for the HR department and serves as a resource for general HR and Benefits information and customer service in response to internal and external inquiries. Human Resources Business Partner

Responsible for addressing designated department needs with effective HR strategies. Serves as a consultant to leaders in maximizing results through the use of sound strategic HR practices. Provides reliable direction and counsel on HR related issues and/or services while ensuring consistency and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Apply

HR Benefits and Operations Administrator

Responsible for administering and supporting benefit practices and policies covering health and wellness, retirement, and other benefits. The Benefits and Operations Administrator serves as the primary office contact to employees, physicians and vendors from moderate to complex benefits related matters. Apply

Clinical Administrative Assistant

Provides support to the department and various functions of the team which include general organization compliance, risk management, patient and employee safety, various areas of provider and employee clinical education. Apply

Release of Information Specialist

Validates and processes requests for Protected Health Information in accordance with HIPAA, InterMed policies, and state and federal regulations. Respond to / release information from the electronic medical record in response to properly authorized requests. Apply

Pharmacy Technician

Responsible for processing prescription refill requests received from patients and pharmacies, responding to outside pharmacy calls, and engaging in process improvement activities. Apply

Imaging Referrals Scheduler

Responsible for the precertification and scheduling of advanced imaging exams and serves as a resource to all modalities and sites. Apply

Health Unit Coordinator

Responsible for administrative/clerical support for InterMed’s clinical staff and Providers. This position requires multitasking, great customer service, and communication skills with providers, patients, and staff both internally and externally. Apply

Health Information Technician

Responsible for collecting, capturing, analyzing, distributing and protecting health information to provide quality patient care. In order to provide the best patient care, one must be able to process high volumes of data with great accuracy. Apply

Healthcare Analyst

Serves as a key analytical resource for multiple areas of the business including Clinical Operations, Finance, and Contracting. The analyst turns data into actionable information and reporting that can be used to improve operations and inform strategic decisions. Apply

Facilities Technician

Ensures the safe, secure, and environmentally sound operations and maintenance of the InterMed buildings. Duties may include coordination of service and/or repair for the following systems: air conditioning, electric power, plumbing and lighting systems; cleaning; decoration; grounds keeping and security. Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsible for the accounts receivable management of one or more insurers. The job functions include reviewing claims for errors prior to electronic submission; posting payments from insurers into the practice management system; and following up on denied, rejected, or outstanding claims. Apply

Medical Receptionist

Responsible for coordinating all functions necessary for an efficient and productive flow of patients between check-in, treatment, and check-out.
