    • IUD Preparation: Check your insurance regarding coverage prior to IUD placement, a clinical will call you approx. 2 weeks prior to your appointment. We encourage you to eat and drink normally prior to your appointment. You can take 60mg of ibuprofen 1 hour prior to your appointment time to help with cramping. You will be asked to provide a urine sample at the time of your appointment.

      • Your provider may recommend some fertility lab work on day 3 and day 21 of your cycle. These labs may include:

        • AMG (anti-mullerian hormone)- CPT 83520
        • Progesterone- CPT 84144

      Your provider may recommend some fertility procedures. These procedures may include:
