My name is Rezeda Zinyatullova, and I am a physician assistant in the Internal Medicine Department. I am excited to be a member of the InterMed family and look forward to providing high-quality patient-centered healthcare without compromise.

Growing up, the desire to help people and to provide them the best medical care possible shaped my interest to become a healthcare provider. The most rewarding part of being a physician assistant is the opportunity to truly make a difference in a patient’s quality of life. I love connecting with patients and supporting them through their health journey.

I am originally from Russia, and I graduated from Ulyanovsk State University Medical School in 2010. I also completed an internship as an internal medicine physician at a local state hospital and worked as an internal medicine physician at the regional geriatric center in Russia. When I came to the United States, I continued to pursue a healthcare career. I recently graduated from the University of New England as a physician assistant.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 5-year-old son. We like to explore Maine’s natural parks, beaches and hiking trails during summer and enjoy skiing, skating and tubing in winter.
