Rosemarie Wagner PT, DPT
My name is Rosemarie Wagner, but my friends call me Rosey. I’m a farm girl from a small German speaking community in central Illinois where I began my career as a PT after graduating from Northwestern University in 1982. On a whim I moved to Maine in the snowy winter of 1983. I went on to complete my DPT from Arcadia University in 2017. I joined InterMed in 2006. I have a broad range of experience including acute care, home care, industrial medicine, and outpatient therapy services.
My passion is treating patients with acute and chronic spine pain, pelvic and hip pain, and headaches. I had the privilege of helping set up InterMed’s pelvic health PT program where we treat men, women, and children for a broad spectrum of pelvic issues including pregnancy and post-partum rehabilitation, pelvic pain, constipation, incontinence, and post-op breast care.
I believe InterMed patients deserve excellent care and improved quality of health in all phases of their lives. My interests are in holistic health and integrative manual therapy.
I enjoy gluten-free cooking, spending time with my family and friends, hiking, and biking. I love quilting, especially making historical reproductions and restoring antique quilts.
