I knew physical therapy was my calling after partially dislocating my left shoulder and tearing the rim of cartilage in the ball-and-socket joint. I was going through the Marine Corps officer selection process at the time and had a great post-surgery rehabilitation experience through the Navy.
It’s rewarding to both help people and get to know them. I love to help people reach their goals and get back to what they love doing. It’s a bonus to build relationships along the way. As a patient of InterMed myself, I have always had great experiences. I am excited about the organization’s culture and team atmosphere and aim to provide the great care I have received here to our patients.
My wife and I have been living in Maine since 2011, when I was accepted to physical therapy school. We fell in love with the way of life in Maine and knew it would be a great place to raise a family. We have four kids and we all love going to the Eastern Prom playground, sledding at Payson Park, walking Back Cove and visiting Ferry Beach together. I also enjoy the local food scene, getting in a round of golf and doing home projects and trying to fix anything that is broken.
