Prescription renewal request:

For prescription renewals, we recommend using the Patient Portal or contacting your pharmacy directly. Refills do not need to go through your physician’s office.

We regularly receive a high volume of records requests and are committed to providing you with a timely response. To expedite the process, please visit intermed.com/medical-records for information on how to submit your request, whether you are a patient, vendor, or partner organization.
