Prescription renewal request:
(207) 774-5816 to request a prescription renewal, or send your physician a message through our patient portal. Refills do not need to go through your physician’s office.

 

Medical question: If you have a medical question that is not an emergency, please contact your physician’s office or send us a message through our patient portal.
