2025 Open Enrollment Resources

Employee Open Enrollment begins on Wednesday, November 6 and ends on Wednesday, November 20.

Our 2025 Open Enrollment is a passive* enrollment which means your current 2024 benefit elections will roll over into the 2025 plan year unless you actively make a change. *The exception to this passive enrollment is if you wish to enroll into a Health Care or Dependent Care FSA, you must make a 2025 election.

Benefit Huddles with Departments:

HR team members will visit your department starting in October through November 20.

How to Review and Enroll:

When Open Enrollment begins, you can access your session in UKG by navigating to Benefits > Manage My Benefits > click on the Open Enrollment session!

Book a 1:1 Teams Appt.

Navigate to SharePoint > HR > Benefits > Schedule a 1:1

Navigate to the Benefits SharePoint Page on your Work Computer

To do this, navigate to the SharePoint Homepage and type in Benefits in the search bar or use the top navigation menu and select:

Shared Services > Human Resources > Benefits.
