Hi, I’m your partner in health. As a Registered Dietitian since 2002 and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, I provide personalized care to improve your quality of life.
My career journey has taken me through hospital clinical care, corporate retail wellness, sports nutrition, and academia, where I teach undergraduate nutrition and sports performance at local universities. With 10 years of dedicated diabetes specialty experience, I focus on utilizing advanced technology like CGMs and insulin delivery systems, while also designing tailored dietary and lifestyle strategies to optimize blood sugar, improve heart health, support weight management, and manage other specialized conditions. Truly, the most rewarding part of my job is empowering my patients, and seeing them succeed. When I’m not teaching or working with patients, you can find me enjoying the outdoors, training for my next marathon or triathlon, and staying busy with my family and dogs.
