My name is Caroline Cassling, and I am an obstetrician/gynecologist. I grew up in Maine but did my schooling along the East Coast, ending at UNC Chapel Hill for residency. After 12 years away from home, I am thrilled to be returning to practice at InterMed!
Since I was a kid, I knew I wanted to work in medicine. I grew up one of three sisters and always gravitated towards women’s health and creating long-term relationships with patients – so Ob-Gyn was a natural fit.
I feel privileged every day to be taking care of women during some of the most important times in their lives.
In my free time you will find me outdoors, cooking with my partner, Eric, playing with my rescue pup, Rosie, fixing up my 100-year-old home and adopting too many shelter animals.
