I am a board-certified family medicine physician with interests in prenatal care and obstetrics.

I grew up in New Hampshire and completed my undergraduate education in exercise science in Utah. I discovered my love for obstetrics when I delivered my son during medical school at the University of New England. I continued to cultivate this love during my residency in the mountains of Virginia.

I spent several years in northern Maine practicing full-spectrum family medicine before returning to southern Maine. My passion is caring for families as a physician. Providing continuity of care during pregnancy, delivery, through childhood and eventually adulthood is extremely rewarding. This continuity ultimately leads to optimal holistic care. I strive to listen to my patients and individualize their care.

I married the love of my life during medical school and we have been blessed with four beautiful children. The most important aspect of my life is my family. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with them, hiking, camping, running, skiing and cycling.
