My name is Greg Foster. I was born and raised in southern Maine. I went to Husson University in Bangor, and earned my bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, followed by my doctorate in physical therapy.
Since graduating I have worked primarily in outpatient clinics working with orthopedic injuries such as traumatic injuries, overuse injuries and post-surgery. I have also worked in the in-patient setting including Mercy Hospital and Southern Maine Healthcare in Biddeford.
To achieve optimum outcomes, I provide a customized treatment approach to each person that includes active exercises and manual therapies such as joint mobilizations, soft tissue mobilization, kinesio taping and more.
Outside of work I enjoy golfing, working outside around my yard, woodworking and going for walks with my wife and son.
