Jacklyn Wagner, PT, DPT, OCS

I was drawn to a career in health care through a fascination with the human body and its ability to adapt, heal, and improve with the right intervention. I earned a dual degree in Clinical Health Studies and Athletic Training from Ithaca College, followed by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I then served as an Active Duty Army Officer and Physical Therapist, where I became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, gained extensive experience treating a wide range of movement-related conditions, and worked as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

My clinical approach emphasizes thorough assessment, individualized treatment planning, and collaboration across specialties to optimize patient outcomes. I am particularly passionate about supporting clinical excellence and mentoring other clinicians as they continue to grow within the profession.

At InterMed, I look forward to working closely with multiple departments to ensure patients receive comprehensive, coordinated orthopedic care. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors with my kids, exploring new playgrounds, running, and biking together whenever we can.
