My name is Katie Foote, and I am proud to be part of the Internal Medicine team and to practice primary care.
I was raised in Boulder, Colorado, and attended Lafayette College. My medical training brought me to Philadelphia, where I completed my internal medicine training and remained for ten years of training and practice. My family and I eventually made our way to Maine, and we feel incredibly fortunate to call this wonderful state home.
I became a primary care physician because I enjoy caring for people throughout their adult lives. Helping patients maintain their health and work toward their individual health goals is a great joy. It is also an honor to be there for patients during difficult times in their lives and health. I value taking the time to truly know my patients and build the longitudinal relationships that are at the heart of primary care.
Outside of medicine, my family and I love being outdoors and making the most of all that Maine has to offer throughout every season.
