My name is Lauren Howard, and I am a family nurse practitioner. I enjoy serving and empowering others to live their greatest life possible and be/feel their best. Educating patients of all ages, providing them the resources and tools to make good decisions for themselves and ultimately supporting their health goals/needs is important to me.
InterMed’s positive, supportive culture is one of a kind and inspires me to be my best. We have lived in Maine for six years now. We moved here to allow our kiddos to grow up with all of the beauty Maine has to offer and the remarkably kind culture of Maine. We all agree that it was the best family decision.
In my spare time, I love exploring, hiking a new trail, swimming at a new beach or lake, finding a new restaurant or fishing spot with my adventurous family. I have been married to my husband for more than 22 years. We have three amazing children and a Berner puppy, Gus.
