My passion for midwifery began with my very first experience of birth at just six years old. My mother, who was also a CNM, brought me with her to the hospital to witness my first delivery. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life, and from that moment on, I knew I wanted to be a midwife too. By the time I turned 18, I had attended over 50 births alongside her and spent countless hours in her office, learning and observing.
I am deeply passionate about helping women have a meaningful pregnancy and birth experience, whatever that looks like for them. With every delivery, I feel honored and grateful that women welcome me into such an incredible moment in their lives.
I am so excited to begin this new chapter of my midwifery journey at InterMed, and equally grateful to be back in Maine, closer to family and friends. Outside of work, I enjoy walking and playing with my four-year-old black lab, reading, spending time with loved ones, going to the beach, and exploring new places.
