Your primary care physician and nurse practitioner or physician assistant work together and the nurses and medical assistants you have come to know are core members of your healthcare team. Our specialists are on hand, as needed.

 

We combine our expertise to best suit you and coordinate your care with shared responsibility and timely communication. With our team-based approach, you can expect improvements in appointment availability, chronic disease management, referrals and preventive screenings.

InterMed Behavioral Health

 

InterMed offers integrated behavioral healthcare services to our patients in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine and Ob-Gyn.

At InterMed Behavioral Health, we use a Collaborative Care Model approach to care. This model enhances your primary care through the addition of care management, behavioral health treatment and psychiatric consultation.
