Bradford Wagner, MD
Family Physician & Sports Medicine Physician
I was raised in Massachusetts and went to Holy Cross and then the University of Massachusetts for my college and medical education, respectively. I completed my training in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine at Maine Medical Center in Portland.
My wife, Amber, and I moved to Maine after medical school and have no plans to leave the area. We love the feel of Maine and we spend quite a bit of time outdoors during all seasons with our two children.
I enjoy all sports — particularly trail running, mountain biking and skiing with my family. I have a particular passion for keeping athletes and weekend warriors engaged in their chosen sports and hobbies to maintain overall fitness and well-being.
I am lucky to be able to practice Family Medicine and Sports Medicine through the same great office at Foden Road and I divide my time equally between the two practices. I continue to practice both Family Medicine and Sports Medicine on a daily basis and I’ve found there is quite a bit of overlap between these fields of medicine and think that continuing both is beneficial to my patients. I enjoy full spectrum Family Medicine (no OB), as well as focused time on musculoskeletal issues, where my goal is to keep my patients as active as possible whether they are an athlete or a gardener or anything in between.
